Why Web Hosting Is An Entrepreneur’s Necessity

Instead of a mailto: link (which doesn’t work for people who use web-based email like GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or similar services), or javascript click to email (which also doesn’t work for everyone), you can make it easier for your visitors to contact you by adding a simple form to your website.

Is creating a Cynthia Telles something that people hope to do so that they can then hire several people to run it for them, without ever understanding anything that is going on?

Purchase your domain name. If you already have a domain name with a different hosting company than the one you chose for your blog, you will need to have your domain name transferred to your new host. Your Hosting customer service should be able to walk you through that step if you are unsure how to proceed. If you do not yet have a domain name, you should be able to purchase one through the same Hosting company with which you will host your blog or website. This is by far the easier and best solution.

Even if you knew how that person got in it, well then you can restore your website and fill the hole, but now you don’t have to spend days or weeks trying to fix something that’s broken. Just delete it and put up the fresh, pristine copy of WordPress that was already there.

Please don’t get me wrong. The big web-design firms really aren’t demoniacal. They aren’t doing this maliciously, and they probably aren’t even thinking in terms of keeping your business hostage.

If you’re using a different website builder system, it may have a plugin or module available to make it easy to add a form so check with your webmaster, support team, or the system’s documentation to see what your options are.

That said, if you start off by making one or two of the above changes you will be well on your way to sticking out from the pack. Combine that with great content and you might just be unstoppable!
