A new concrete screed is the perfect base for stone floor tiles, as long as the concrete is fully cured. New concrete should be at least six weeks old and show no signs of remaining moisture. You may need to use a thin screed of self-leveling compound to even out any low spots. Again, leave the compound to fully cure before tiling.
Just fill the depressions with flooring compound and let it dry before laying SPC core LVP. It is also crucial that you follow the instructions on putting down vinyl tiles properly. You can also opt to hire someone to do your floor.
You can never have too much lighting in a kitchen, especially if its zoned, meaning you have a switch for this section of lighting and a switch for this one. Take your time in placing the lighting, keeping in mind the location of the work areas you’ll use the most. Recessed lighting is also a very nice touch. It’s effective without being intrusive, and it gives any space a more updated look. You might consider under-cabinet lighting as it adds more direct light to an area but also creates a warm ambiance when all other lights are turned off. Mini pendant chandeliers over a breakfast bar or island is a very nice touch and can be found in both a contemporary or classic look.
3 Spread the adhesive/grout over about half a square meter of the wall, starting in the corner made by the two battens. Use the notched side of the spreader to form even ribbons of adhesive. This is especially important for heavy stone tiles. As a rule of thumb, 6mm notched spreaders are used for walls and 10mm versions for floors.

One of the major drawbacks of vinyl floor is that it cannot be refinished or polished. Over time when it looses its luster it looks dull and it can wear down. Though it is less in cost from other flooring but have short life comparatively. It is also sensitive to sunlight and cold and can get fade or crack.
And, of course, one of the least inexpensive solutions is paint. A fresh coat of paint will not only freshen up the look of your bathroom, but if you select the right color it will also add another touch of warmth.
